Giant Pandas

Giant pandas have black fur on their ears, around their eyes patches, muzzle, legs and shoulders. They are good tree climbers & pandas can also swim to escape predators. Pandas use an enlarged wrist bone that looks like a thumb to grasp objects like bamboo. (Bamboo are what they eat). An adult giant panda has a head and body length of 3 to 4 feet, and weighs between 185 and 245 pounds.
